Within 72 hours of purchase, our Smart Home Installation Partner, will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date for the installation to take place.

Installation for these products is only available in London, Greater London.

What can you expect from your installation?

• Optimum installation with minimal inconvenience, without the need to interrupt the main power.

• On completion of your installation, the installer will fully test and offer a full demonstration on how to use your new Doorbell.

• Installation address must be in London, Greater London.

Cancellation Policy

• Should you wish to cancel or amend your installation appointment, a charge of £50 will apply if you do not give us more than 24 hours notice.
